These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Forge Loop service, including the Forge Loop Server, dashboard, and associated tools (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Square Grape ("we", "us", "our") at forgeloop.squaregrape.net. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and Forge keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service in violation of any applicable law; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (d) reverse engineer or misuse any part of the Service except as permitted by law; or (e) use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit it.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Square Grape is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
